Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a direct violation of ZK999's terms and conditions and may result in account termination and balance forfeiture.

• The mobile number provided at registration must be active and belong to you personally.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
• To update your account information, you must complete a verification process through our support team.
• ZK999 may apply an inactivity fee to accounts that have been dormant for an extended period.

03 Age Verification & Eligibility

The minimum age to register and participate on ZK999 is 18. This is the most critical provision in ZK999's Terms and Conditions. Providing false age information at registration will be treated as a serious violation.

ZK999 may request proof of age from any member at any time for verification purposes. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

• A National ID (NID) or passport may be required for verification.
• Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
• Residents of restricted countries or regions are not permitted to use ZK999.

04 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

ZK999 supports Bangladesh's most popular payment methods — Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. The following Terms and Conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

• You must use your own mobile banking account when making a deposit. Using another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 1–24 hours. In complex cases, additional time may be required.
• ZK999 may cancel or suspend any transaction suspected of involving money laundering or fraud.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

05 Bonus & Promotional Offers

09 Account Closure & Suspension

• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Suspicious or unusual transaction activity.
• At the member's own request.

Members who wish to close their account should contact the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before closure, though any pending bonuses will be forfeited.

10 Right to Amend Terms & Miscellaneous

ZK999 reserves the full right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.

Any disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through international arbitration. ZK999's decision is final and binding on both parties.

• These Terms and Conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.
• ZK999 is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors or system failures.
• ZK999 is not liable in cases of force majeure — such as natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or similar unforeseen events.
